Delivery Information

King Online offers the following delivery options:

  1. Standard Delivery
  2. Express Delivery
  3. Free Nationwide Delivery (for all orders over R1000)
  4. Click and Collect

Below is more detailed information about each delivery method:

1. Standard Delivery: (3 – 5 working days): From R20 - R100. All Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout depending on the shipping location (i.e. your area code).

2. Express Delivery: (1 – 2 working days): R110 - R120. All Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout depending on the shipping location (i.e. your area code).

4. Free Nationwide Delivery: When you pay for an order which totals R1000 or more, you will qualify for free standard delivery to anywhere in South Africa.

5. Click and Collect: We have 3 collection points in the JHB area and one collection point in Pretoria.

Collections are done Monday to Friday between 8.30 and 5 pm and every Saturday between 9.30 and 12 pm. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email notification confirming your order has been received. Once payment has been made, you will then receive another notification confirming that your order is being processed.

Please note that under the click and collect option, you will receive one additional notification regarding when to collect your order. Please do not go to the collection point until you have received a notification. If you do go, and you have not received a notification, you may run the risk of not receiving your order as it may not have been processed. Please make sure you go with your order number.

*Please note that regional areas out of main centers may incur an extra delivery cost of R20. Delivery excludes weekends and public holidays.
