Did you know? Ordinary puffed rice is pulped, reconstituted, fortified, sugar-coated and flash-fried. That’s why it “pops” on contact with milk. Rude Health only uses whole grain brown rice from Italy’s Po Valley. The rice is slowly compressed to create little crispy bubbles full of crunch and flavour – but no characteristic “popping” sound.
