How To Use
- As a decoction: 1-2 teaspoons in 500 ml of water. Bring to the boil. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Strain. Divide the 500ml decoction into three separate portions and drink over the course of the day.

- Raw, fresh elderberries contain cyanide producing glycosides and are therefore toxic when not cooked properly. These dried elderberries are perfectly safe however.
