Uses & Benefits:

How To Use:
- Decoction: 1-2 teaspoons of roots placed in 500ml of water, bring to the boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Strain. Drink 3 times per day.
- Tincture: 1 -2 ml three times a day.
