Avoid during 1st three months of pregnancy. Discontinue if any discomfort or irritation occurs.
Directions
Bath: Blend 1-2 drops of Lavender essential oil to your bath.
Massage: Mix 5 drops of Lavender oil with 10ml of Burgess & Finch carrier oil. Apply to selected areas
