Directions
Bath: Blend 5 drops of Frankincense essential oil to 10ml carrier oil, and add 3 drops to your bath.
Massage: Add 5 drops of Frankincense essential oil to 10ml carrier oil and apply to selected areas
Inhalation: Add 2 drops Frankincense essential oil to a basin of hot water. Cover head with a towel and inhale for 2-3 minutes
