Directions
- Take within an hour of eating for best results.
- Take 2 hours after medication and supplements as it may alter their effects.
Detox your system: Mix 1-2 teaspoons of clay with 8 ounces of water. Drink mixture and follow with another 8 ounces of water. Add fibre to help it move through the digestive tract.
Face mask: Add 1-2 tsp to a bowl of water or apple cider vinegar. Mix until a muddy paste forms. Apply to a cleansed face and leave to dry for 15 minutes. Remove with a damp towel or face cloth.
Mud bath: Add 1-2 cups to a warm bath and soak for 30 minutes.
Detoxing foot soak: Mix 3-4 tablespoons of clay to a tub of hot water and soak for 30 minutes.
